For the pears with Nutella sauce, peel, quarter and pit the pears. Cut each quarter in half lengthwise.
Bring wine with sugar, cinnamon and vanilla to a boil. Add pears and steam for 7 minutes over medium heat. Remove pears and place on a plate.
For the Nutella sauce, mix hazelnut brittle with whipped cream and Nutella.
Serve pears with Nutella sauce.
