For the Nutella cake, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the egg yolks with the powdered sugar, water, curd, Nutella and vanilla sugar until foamy. Add rum to the mixture. Then slowly add the oil and continue to stir.

Mix flour, baking powder, cocoa and hazelnuts well and slowly fold in alternately with the snow. Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake at 170 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Check if the cake is done by testing it with a chopstick.

If the dough sticks to the stick, it must be baked longer. When the cake is done baking, let it cool briefly and then frost with chocolate icing. If you want to decorate the Nutella cake, you can do so with Raffaello, for example.
