Instructions:

makes 6-8 flatbreads Sift cornmeal together with the salt into a large enough bowl and add enough water to make a firm dough.

Divide it into 6-8 pieces.

Then press each piece level with the heel of your hand and then toast it leisurely in a lightly floured frying pan, still pressing the patty level and moving it around in the frying pan.

After 10 min. a flatbread is cooked and can be spread with butter and served.
