Instructions:

Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds. Cut flesh into cubes of about 1 cm.

Peel, halve and dice onion. Heat butter in a pot. Add onions and fry until light brown. Add pumpkin and fry for 5 minutes.

Wash tomatoes, cut and scald with hot water. Peel off the skin. Dice and add to the pot.

Pour in beef broth. Season with salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar. Steam for 5 minutes. Dust with flour and cook in 4 minutes.

Season with tomato ketchup.

Arrange in a bowl.

Wash and finely chop dill and sprinkle on top.
