For the bread soup with yogurt face, cut the bread into cubes and fry in the fat with the onion, garlic, tomato and carrot.
Pour in soup and let everything boil away. When the carrot slices are soft and the bread is mushy, let it cool a bit.
Blend coarsely with a hand blender. Add balsamic vinegar to taste and season if necessary.
