For the oven potatoes with goat cheese, first preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Place the potatoes on a baking tray and brush with olive oil. Then season them.
Bake the potatoes in the middle of the oven for 40 minutes or until they are soft.
In the meantime, put all the other ingredients in a small bowl and stir several times, trying not to crumble the goat cheese too much.
When the potatoes are done, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Cut in half and open slightly.
