Cut the turkey meat into fine strips and season. Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the meat well. Add Fix für Fleischpfanne, heat while stirring continuously and fill into taco dessert bowls. Drain tangerines well (reserving juice), peel avocados in half, scoop out the inside of the avocado, cut flesh into chunks, cut spring onion into tender strips. Cut cherry tomatoes into quarters. Stir a sauce from oil and juice of one lemon a little tangerine juice, salt and pepper. Mix with spring onions, avocados, tangerines and tomatoes and let stand.

Place the lettuce in the hollowed avocado halves and serve with the meat.
