For the green bean soup, first clean the green bean, boil it in salted water and partly strain it through a sieve, partly cut it into noodles.

Later make a light roux with butter and flour. Fry finely chopped onions and parsley in it. Add the strained green beans, a little vinegar or lemon juice and some finely chopped, roasted dill. Pour in the vegetable water, let the soup boil down well, add salt and pepper and add the noodle cut green beans to the green bean soup as a garnish.
