For the Bolognese sauce with chard, finely chop the peeled onion and carrots, quarter the leek and cut into thin strips.

Cut the chard stems into small pieces and the leaves into fine strips. Sauté the onions and leeks in a little oil, stir in the carrots and mix everything well with tomato paste.

Stir in a little paprika powder and then add the mince and stir until the meat is cooked. Stir in the tomato polpa, add the finely chopped garlic and the chard, season with the spices and simmer covered for about 20 minutes.

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions and serve with the bolognese sugo with chard.
