For the orange cake, beat the yolks, oil, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy, add the juice and zest of one orange.

Fold in the flour sifted with baking powder alternately with the stiffly beaten snow. Bake at 180 degrees top/bottom heat for approx. 45-50 minutes.
