For the milk slice, first prepare the sponge mixture. To do this, beat the eggs, sugar and 1 pinch of salt for about 10 minutes with a food processor until foamy.

Mix flour with starch and baking cocoa and sift into the sugar-egg mixture and fold in carefully. Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake at 170 degrees (top/bottom heat) for about 12 minutes. Then turn out onto a baking paper and peel off the baking paper that was also baked and let cool.

For the cream, melt the chocolate over a water bath and allow to cool. Whip the cream, add the vanilla sugar, cream stiffener and honey.

Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate, cut the sponge cake in half, place a baking frame around the bottom and spread the cream on top. Place the second half of the sponge cake on top and chill.
