Chicory-Salmon Ham Gratin

Instructions:

Rinse chicory, cut in half and blanch in boiling hot salted water for 1 minute. Drain.

Melt butter and stir in flour. Deglaze with beef broth as well as the juice of one orange. Make 5 min and season with salt, pepper and ginger.

Roll up ham slices and place in a baking dish. Cover with chicory halves. Fillet remaining orange and spread evenly on chicory with sprouts. Pour the sauce over it.

Bake in oven heated to 150 °C for 30 minutes.

Serve with Long grain rice

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
