Divide the melon into 2 halves, scrape out the seeds and form small balls from the flesh with a cookie cutter. Cut (or dice) the mozzarella into balls as well. Pluck and rinse the basil leaves. Thread alternating mozzarella and melon balls onto shish kebabs. Make a sauce by mixing the juice of one lemon, oil, salt and pepper. Rinse the leaf lettuce and turn it to the other side in the dressing. Arrange the leaf lettuce in portions on plates, place the kebabs on top. Garnish with basil and lemon wedges.
