Instructions:

Boil the espresso and let it cool, mix with the rum and set aside.

Beat the whipped cream and cream cheese with vanilla bean pulp until creamy.

Put sugar and egg yolks in a metal bowl and beat over steam until the mixture is light and creamy.

Then beat the egg-sugar mixture until cold, it is best to provide a bowl of cold water and ice cubes to hold the metal bowl. Mix whipped cream, cream cheese and egg mixture and season briefly.

Soak biscuits in the vinegar-rum mixture and line the bottom of a mold or glasses, spread the cream on top and top again with soaked biscuits. Repeat the process and finish with a layer of cream.

Cover and refrigerate.

Before serving, sprinkle the tiramisu with cocoa powder.
