For the minced radish roast, peel and dice onion and slowly fry in oil. Mix eggs, breadcrumbs, crushed garlic, parsley leaves, salt, pepper and ketchup in a large roasting pan, add browned onion.

Grate or chop 2 bunches of radishes, knead into egg mixture with mince. Grease a roasting tin and form a roast from the meat mixture. Bake at 200 °C top/bottom heat for about 50 minutes.

Slice the remaining radishes. When the minced radish roast is ready, arrange it on a platter. Boil off the gravy with a little flour and water. Add the radish slices and serve as a sauce.

It goes very well with mashed potatoes and peas.
