Bring the millet to the boil in salted water and let it swell for 20 min. Clean the cauliflower, cut into quarters and sauté in a little tap water for 20 min. Fill the millet into Reindl, put the cauliflower on top, cover with cheese slices and gratinate in the oven at 200¢C for 15 min.
