For the bread soup with raisins, cut the brown bread into pieces, bring to a boil with cold water, cinnamon and a little lemon.

When the bread is soft, pass the soup through a sieve and boil again. Add the butter. Wash raisins and add to soup together with some lemon juice. Season with a pinch of salt and sugar and cook until the raisins are soft. Stir every now and then so that nothing burns.

Serve the bread soup with raisins hot!
