Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:
Soften peas and beans in water three quarters. Add the rest of the vegetables and cook until done.
Prepare a dough with butter, flour, milk and egg and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg (freshly grated). Cut out dumplings with a tablespoon and simmer briefly in the soup. Season the soup. Mix the egg yolks with the whipped cream and thicken the soup. Before serving, sprinkle with parsley and chives.
