For the cream of potato soup, first steam potatoes, onion and leek in butter, deglaze with soup and cook until soft.

Blend soup, return to frying pan. Add vinegar and whipped cream, season and add marjoram leaves to cream of potato soup just before serving. Sprinkle with chives.
