Noodle dishes are always a good idea!
To varnish, slightly warm the soy sauce and stir through with the liquid honey.
Score the duck breasts crosswise on the skin side . Season vigorously with salt and pepper. Fry on the skin side in a coated frying pan until crispy and turn to the other side. Then brush the skin side with the varnish and cook in the heated oven at 160 °C top and bottom heat for about 10 minutes. Keep brushing with the varnish.
Then remove and cut into slices for serving.
Tip: Serve with vegetable noodles and sweet and sour sauce.
