Instructions:

For the butterfly cake, bake the desired cake, let cool, fill if necessary and cut into two equal parts.

For the chocolate glaze, melt the couverture with the honey and stir in the whipped cream. You may not need all the whipped cream, it depends on the consistency.

Place the sponge cake roulade in the center of a board and spread first with apricot jam and then with chocolate glaze.

Place one part of the cake with the round on one long side of the sponge roulade.

Place the second part of the cake on the other side. This will create the butterfly shape.

Spread the cake with apricot jam and chocolate icing and decorate the butterfly cake and the roulade with gummy bears and Smarties or other sweets.
