For the sausages in puff pastry, roll out the puff pastry and cut in half, then cut the halves in half again.

Cut the cooked ham and cheese in half. Wrap each half slice around the sausages and then wrap in the puff pastry.

Bake in the oven at 220 °C for about 10 minutes.
