Prepare a shortcrust pastry from the ingredients for the dough, wrap it in foil and let it rest in a cool place.

Meanwhile, peel, core and finely slice (or grate) the apples, then sprinkle with lemon juice.

Divide the dough into 2 halves, roll out the first half thinly and place on a cake tray. While doing so, pull the dough up a bit at the edges.

Spread the apples on top, sprinkle with raisins and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

Now roll out the 2nd half of the dough and place it over the apple filling. Press the edges well and then prick the dough several times with a fork.

Bake at 180 °C for approx. 30 minutes until golden, let cool, sugar lightly and serve.
