Noodle dishes are just always delicious!

Soak shii-take in about Ten min in hot water, Judas ears in cold water. Pre-soak glass noodles in cold water for ten min. Cut shii-take into strips.

Bring the soup to the boil. Add the ginger and the mushrooms. Simmer gently for about ten minutes.

Add glass noodles, Chinese cabbage and sesame seeds and let simmer. Season with soy sauce and sherry.

Tip: Shredded poultry, small pieces of fish or shrimps can also be stewed. Leftover savoy cabbage, leek or lettuce can also be used in this recipe.
