Banana Pancakes

A great cake recipe for any occasion:

About 4-6 pancakes

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Mix egg yolks with about 3-4 times the mass of whipped cream and milk, sugar and banana in a baking bowl with a hand mixer until the banana pieces form a paste with the other ingredients. Now fold in flour until a not too thin pancake batter is prepared. Rest for a few minutes, mix again.

Season with cinnamon and fold in snow.

Heat some butter in a coated frying pan and bake the pancakes one after the other until golden brown on both sides.
