For the orange pancake with drunken raisins, make a thick dough from milk, water, eggs, salt and flour and let it rest for a while.

Wash the raisins and pour the stamperl rum over it and let it stand. Can also be made longer beforehand.

Peel the oranges and remove the white skin as much as possible. Cut into thin slices. Heat a non-stick frying pan and pour in a little oil.

When the top is still liquid, spread the orange pieces on top and then turn them. When the dough is firm, tear it into pieces. Repeat until everything is used up.

Then, in batches, toss the pancake again in the oiled pan, divide it among the plates and sprinkle the rum raisins on top.

If desired, the orange pancake with drunken raisins can still be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
