Instructions:

Cut the streaky bacon into thin slices. Spread a fireproof dish with it. Add a layer of sauerkraut. Spread half of the bay leaves, juniper berries and cloves evenly over it. Chop peeled onions into small pieces. Crush garlic clove with salt. Mix with the onion cubes. Half of the mixture goes on top of the spices. The next layer is sliced pork belly. Metwurst sausages and ribs. Spread sauerkraut evenly on top, then peeled potatoes in very thin slices. Put the rest of the sauerkraut and the remaining spices on top. Pour beef broth and red wine. Cut bacon finely into cubes, let out in the frying pan. About choucroute form. Put in closed form in the heated stove.
