Quickly knead curd, butter and flour into a smooth dough. Leave to rest in the refrigerator for 1 1/2 hours. Now roll out dough to 3 mm thickness and cut into 3.5 cm squares. Place jam in the center and brush the edges with egg. Fold diagonally and press the edges tightly. Bake in the oven at approx. 200°C for approx. 16 minutes. Sprinkle with KANDISIN sprinkles.
