Cut the cheese and meat into small sticks, remove the peel from the onion and chop it coarsely, clean the radishes and cut them into slices. Mix everything together.
Whisk the vinegar and oil together well, season and fold into the lettuce. Add the kitchen herbs and let it sit for about half an hour.
During this time, turn everything over well.
Serve with beer and a sturdy rustic bread.
