For the stuffed meat tomatoes completely hollow out the tomatoes, then put a layer of chopped mozzarella, salt and pepper. Add a few drops of balsamic cream on top and some of the chopped herbs!
Then add a tablespoon of chopped peppers and onions. Finally, add another layer of seasoned mozzarella. Put the tomatoes on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Place in the oven at 220 degrees until the mozzarella has melted.
