Pasta dishes are always a good idea!
Rinse salmon, rub dry and sprinkle with a little bit of juice from a lemon. Cut the fillet into 3 cm wide strips, season with salt and fry briefly in a frying pan with a little bit of butter. Take out the salmon and add whipped cream, double cream and white wine. Cook the sauce for a while on low heat and season with salt, freshly ground pepper and a little lemon juice if necessary. Finally, let the salmon strips steep in the sauce for a few minutes, but do not let them bubble up. Pour the finished sauce over the black spaghetti form.
The dish can be further improved by using 1-2 shallots and/or saffron, so modify as you like.
