Chop 250g of mixed dried fruit. Soak for a few hours in 5 tbsp. apricot spirit and spread evenly on a large narrow slice of pork (approx.500g). Roll up and attach with spagat or roulade needles. Mix 1 sachet of Fixprodukt for roulades in 3/8 liter of boiling water. Mix in water. Add meat and cook at low temperature for about 90 minutes in a closed saucepan. Turn occasionally to the other side. Add water if necessary. Now remove and season with 3 tbsp. whipped cream and 2 tbsp. apricot brandy. If desired, add 40 g almond sticks to the filling or sauce.
