First, preheat the oven well to 250 °C.
Combine sugar, flour and eggs and beat until fluffy.
Melt butter and chocolate over hot water and stir into the dough. Add another 50 g of grated nuts, depending on taste.
Divide the batter between greased ramekins and bake for 7-12 minutes (depending on how much liquid center you want).
Serve the chocolate cakes while they are still warm.
