Fried mixed vegetables pad paak ruamit

Preparation about 35 min

Make broccoli in salted water and chop. Drain corn cobs and cut in half lengthwise. Cut mushrooms in half. Cut spring onions into pieces about 2 cm long. Chop the garlic cloves. Fry garlic cloves and spring onions with a little oil in a wok or frying pan, then add the vegetables and fry for about 5 minutes. Season with fish sauce, oyster sauce and sugar. Extinguish with sherry and continue roasting until the vegetables are cooked.

Tip: You can also use sugar snap peas, Chinese cabbage or cauliflower as vegetables.
