Instructions:

Stir through cream cheese, curd cheese and whipped cream. Season with salt, pepper and juice of one lemon.

Fold in the salmon.

You can use more smoked salmon (then 140 g). Then, however, the spread tastes stronger.

It can be eaten with fresh white and toast bread, but also with wholemeal bread. The spread also tastes excellent with hot boiled, peeled potatoes.
