1. carefully rinse salmon inside and out, dry and sprinkle inside and out with juice of one lemon.

Peel and halve the onions and cut them into rings. Sauté in hot oil. Add mustard and wine and continue to sauté for five minutes.

Set aside a few sprigs of parsley and dill. Chop the rest and add to the onions. Season well with salt and freshly ground pepper.

4. season salmon lightly with salt, place on a generous piece of sturdy aluminum foil and fill with the Ziebel kitchen herb mixture. Place sprigs of herbs on top of fish. Place butter flakes on top. Close foil tightly. Place in the pan filled with 2cm of water in the stove. Cook at 200 °C for 40 minutes.

Our tip: If you like to cook with fresh herbs, it’s best to get kitchen herbs in pots – that way you’ll always have everything on hand!
