Instructions:

A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Preheat stove to 180 °C.

Stir together raw sugar and oil until smooth.

Add salt, buttermilk, egg, baking powder, vanilla sugar and flour, mix well.

Add rhubarb and nuts, mix well, fill buttered loaf pans with mixture.

Prepare butter (softened) with sugar to crumbs, sprinkle on top.

Meanwhile, bake in the oven heated to 180 °C for 50 to 55 minutes: check with a wooden stick or pin.

Remove from the mold and cool on a wire rack.
