Instructions:

Bring milk with pith and salt to a boil.

Add semolina and cook, stirring constantly, until a thick semolina porridge is formed. Add cinnamon and raisins in between.

Remove from heat and let cool, then stir in yolks.

Preheat oven to 180 °C.

Melt butter in a pan and add semolina in portions. Bake in the oven until the pieces have taken on color.

Arrange the semolina pancake and serve.
