Finely dice the ham. Chop onions into rings. Dip briefly in tap water in a sieve.

Grate cheese, mix with curd cheese and egg, add ham and onions, season with pepper, salt, paprika, caraway. Dice onion, sauté in butter. Add flour, sweat, pour in stock and wine, simmer for 10 minutes. Add whipped cream. Finely chop kitchen herbs. Stir into the sauce, season.

Fill the cheese mixture into the cannelloni with a piping bag. Pour into a greased gratin dish, pour the sauce over it and bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 1/2 hour until golden brown.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good aroma!
