Instructions:

Defrost strudel dough, prepare red cabbage according to instructions on package. Preheat oven to 180 °C. Place strudel dough on a cloth and brush with a little liquid margarine. Mix the potato flakes with the red cabbage, place the mixture on the bottom half of the dough, fold in the edges and roll up tightly. Brush the strudel with margarine, place on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake in the oven on the middle shelf for about 10 minutes. Then whisk yolk with 1 tablespoon water, brush the strudel and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
