For the autumn fajitas, first prepare the filling. For this, wash and dice the vegetables, also dice the onion and meat.

Sauté everything in a hot pan with olive oil, and let it steam for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and chili powder. Alternatively, cut a chili pepper into fine rings and add.

Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Top 2 wheat patties per person with lettuce and spread the autumnal filling on top.

Wash and slice tomatoes, place on top and serve the autumnal fajitas sprinkled with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and fresh sprouts.
