Instructions:

For the plum cake, cream butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Separate eggs and add egg yolks one at a time to butter and sugar mixture. Beat the egg whites until they form beaten egg whites. Mix flour with baking powder.

Melt chocolate and add to yolk mixture. Fold in flour mixture and beaten egg whites. Add the orange juice.

Grease and flour a baking sheet. Spread the batter on the baking sheet. Cut the plums in half and place them on the dough with the inside facing up.

Bake the plum cake in the preheated oven at 180° for about 30 minutes.
