For the 3 Roses Quiche, knead the ingredients for the dough with the dough hook of the food processor to a homogeneous dough and let rest in the icebox for about ½ hour.

For the topping, thaw the 3 Roses mixture and cut the stems off of each floret. Cut the bell bell pepper into cubes. Mix cream with eggs, herbs, salt, pepper and potato starch.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C top and bottom heat. Roll out the dough and line the quiche dish with it.

First spread the cut stems on it, then place the florets evenly between the stem pieces and finally sprinkle the diced peppers on top.

Pour the glaze over the top and bake for about 35-40 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of baking, sprinkle the pistachios on top.
