Grind the mango, habanero onions, garlic, chilies and the lime peel with a hand blender. Stir everything in a saucepan with syrup, lime juice, vinegar, salt, spices and mustard.

Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour hot into clean, sterilized, vials / jars and seal tightly.
