For garlic butter, first roughly dice butter and place in a mixing bowl. Peel the garlic cloves. Chop one clove of garlic very finely, press the other two onto the butter cubes.

Squeeze lemon and measure out about 1/2 tablespoon juice. Wash the chives and cut into fine rolls. Add lemon juice, chives, salt and chopped garlic also to the bowl, mix everything with the mixer until smooth.

Pour garlic butter into a piping bag and pipe in decorative mounds onto a plate. Place in the refrigerator to set.
