For the ham bananas, fry the rice briefly in the butter, season, pour in the liquid and cook covered for about 15 minutes.

Mix egg with paprika, turn ham slices on both sides in egg and breadcrumbs. Wrap the peeled bananas in the breaded ham slices and pin them with wooden skewers.

Place the ham banana rolls on the finished rice and bake in the oven at 200 °C for about 20 minutes.
