For the ice cream topping, bring whipping cream to a boil and dissolve chocolate in it, chill. Heat the rum and raisins in a plastic cup in the microwave for one minute, put away.

After 2 hours, whip the cooled whipped cream mixture with the sugar, fold in the rum raisins and freeze the mixture in a small mold.

Then arrange with 2 orange slices, the hollow lip so that it looks like a howitzer.
