For the cucumber vegetables, lightly fry the finely chopped onion in a little oil.

Peel the cucumbers, take out the seeds and cut into cubes – add to the onion, season with salt and pepper and steam covered for about 10 minutes.

Remove from heat, refine with whipped cream and sprinkle finely chopped dill over the cucumber vegetables.
