First, preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease a loaf pan.
Finely chop the chocolate. Mash the pulp of the bananas.
Mix butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and a little salt until creamy. Gradually add the eggs. Sift flour with baking powder and starch and stir in. Then add the mashed bananas. Finally, stir in the chocolate.
Empty into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 60-70 minutes.
Let the cake cool for about 15 minutes before turning it out.
