Beat the eggs with a whisk until creamy. Add the lemon zest, sugar and then the white wine. Heat over low heat, stirring continuously. As soon as the cream thickens, remove from the heat. Pour into dessert bowls and set aside to cool. Before serving, decorate with whipped cream.
